AI-Driven Automated Simulation u0026 Mechanical Analysis to develop agentic AI workflows integrated with commercial TCAD and FEA tools to automate device physics and mechanical property analysis for accelerating pixel architecture development and panel-level performance evaluationnVirtual Prototyping u0026 Process-Device Co-Optimization to construct realistic virtual stack-ups through process simulation to enable faster DFMEA/PFMEA and provide design guidance on film characteristics and reliabilitynAI-incorporated failure analysis and characterization to quickly identify the root cause and corrective actionnAdvanced Modeling u0026 Strategic EDA Integration to deploy AI-enhanced compact models (SPICE/Verilog-A) to capture complex TFT behaviors and lifetime degradationnResponsible for TFT process of various TFT backplanesnWork with various display manufacturers from development to mass production stagenFundamental study to seek future candidate of TFT technologies nCollaboration with cross-functional teams including but not limited to: Display Optics Touch Display EE and Mechanical Engineering and so on
BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experiencenTFT industry experiencenProficiency written and verbal communication skills
Ph.D in Electrical Engineering Materials Science and Physics nM.S degree in above mentioned disciplines plus 4 years of TFT industry experiencenHands-on in-depth technical knowledge and proven track record on development of various TFT technologiesnStrong device physics background on various TFT technologies: a-Si oxide and LTPSnSound understanding of overall display manufacturing control yield improvement and reliability requirements
