Description:
Seeks an experienced Tester to provide advanced testing support guidance and expertise to the team. Contractors Key Person shall support both agile and traditional delivery teams by designing executing and validating user acceptance testing (UAT) as well as collaborating closely with business users to ensure systems meet requirements and deliver expected business value.
Contractors Key Person shall serve as a subject matter expert in test design test execution defect evaluation and testing process improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of UAT processes SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Experience designing and executing complex test scenarios.
- Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps Jira etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal direction.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) security testing fundamentals and performance considerations.
- Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
In addition the ideal candidate will have skills and experience in:
- Experience in a government or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with test automation concepts (Selenium Playwright Robot Framework etc.).
- Experience preparing or managing test data.
- Strong UAT or QA background with experience testing complex systems.
