TEST & COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems solving technical challenges and seeing the direct impact of their work in the field. Youll work with advanced technology collaborate with cross-functional teams and help launch transportation systems that move thousands of passengers every day. As this role evolves you will be involved in Stadlers cutting-edge Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) signaling solutions helping develop test environments execute validation campaigns and support system integration efforts from the lab through real-world deployment. What Youll Do
- Plan and execute testing and commissioning activities for rail vehicles and systems
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning
- Analyze test results and document findings
- Verify system functionality performance and safety requirements
- Collaborate with engineering production quality and customer teams
- Support vehicle validation and customer acceptance activities
- Travel to project sites as needed to support testing and commissioning efforts
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field
- Experience with testing troubleshooting commissioning controls automation systems integration or related technical disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel as projects require
- Rail industry experience is a plus
