Territory Manager Medical Device Sales
Position Overview
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographic region for a portfolio of advanced soft tissue reconstruction products. This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons hospital administrators and clinical staff to support product adoption and optimize patient outcomes. The role requires the ability to communicate complex clinical information and assist physicians in selecting appropriate treatment options based on patient needs and surgical indications.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate surgeons clinical staff and hospital stakeholders on product benefits clinical applications and best practices.
- Present and discuss clinical data to support informed product selection and utilization.
- Partner closely with internal teams including marketing customer service and commercial leadership to drive successful customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve revenue goals while building long-term growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information within the CRM system.
- Participate in regional and national sales meetings training programs and collaborative initiatives.
- Share best practices and market insights with colleagues to support overall team success.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of medical device biologics or life sciences sales experience.
- Experience selling into hospital environments and working with surgeons and clinical stakeholders preferred.
- Background in soft tissue reconstruction surgical implants biologics wound care or related specialties is highly desirable.

Work Environment & Travel
This field-based position involves working from a home office hospitals surgical centers and physician offices. Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory is required with occasional travel for corporate meetings training programs and national sales events.
