Territory Account Executive

This is a fieldbased role covering Lexington KY with up to 40% travel annually (typically 12 overnights per month).

Every referral represents a real person navigating complex care and your work helps ensure they receive the support they need.

What Youll Do

In this role you will:

• Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on prescribers specialty clinics infusion centers and hospital systems
• Build strong referral relationships with physicians advanced practice providers case managers and discharge planners
• Educate providers on LUX Infusions homebased and suitebased infusion services and comprehensive patient support model
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with clinical operations and intake teams to support patient onboarding and complex cases
• Track pipeline activity referral growth and performance metrics using CRM tools
• Bring accountability consistency and followthrough to every provider interaction

What Were Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

• A Bachelors degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
• A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success preferably in healthcare medical device or specialty pharmacy
• A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Comfort in a fastpaced fieldbased sales role with significant facetoface engagement
• Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions
• Strong communication relationshipbuilding and strategic thinking skills
• Motivation rooted in patientcentered selling and longterm provider partnerships

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Pay Range/Rate

$80000 - $110000 USD
