The Terrain Parks & Grooming Team is responsible for creating and maintaining the snow surfaces that make Boreal and Woodward Tahoe a premier destination for skiers and riders. Whether youre shaping world-class terrain park features by hand or operating snowcats to build and maintain the mountain youll play a key role in delivering an incredible on-snow experience.

This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Seasonal position with employee housing available starting at $325/month.

• Build maintain and improve terrain park features and mountain snow surfaces

• Maintain terrain park features through raking reshaping repairing and hand finishing

• Assist with snow grooming operations including trail preparation snow moving and surface maintenance

• Operate snowmobiles and other equipment as assigned (training provided for qualified candidates)

• Monitor terrain parks and trails for safety and report maintenance needs

• Assist with park builds feature installation trail preparation and event setups

• Shovel snow and perform physical snow maintenance as needed

• Work closely with Park Leads Grooming Operators Patrol and Mountain Operations to provide the best possible guest experience

• Interact with guests in a friendly and informative manner

• Uphold a strong safety culture while representing Boreal and Woodward Tahoe with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Passion for skiing snowboarding and mountain operations

• Interest in terrain parks snow grooming or both

• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in physical work

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including nights weekends holidays and early mornings

• Comfortable performing manual labor and using hand tools

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Confident skier or snowboarder preferred for Terrain Park assignments

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment or snowcats is a plus but not requiredwere willing to train the right candidates

• Willingness to learn work as part of a team and be placed in the role that best matches your skills and experience

• Able to pass a background check
