ADG delivers end-to-end design procurement and installation services for flooring cabinets countertops and a growing portfolio of interior products.
The Templator / Field Measure Technician is responsible for performing accurate field measurements and digital templating for countertop installations using company-approved systems and processes. This role works closely with homeowners builders sales fabrication scheduling and installation teams to ensure projects move efficiently from measurement through installation.
This position serves as a key connection between the customer jobsite and the fabrication shop by ensuring all measurements specifications and jobsite details are accurate and complete prior to production.
Requirements
Perform on-site digital templating and measurements for countertop installations
Verify cabinet layouts dimensions appliance specifications sink information and jobsite readiness prior to fabrication
Submit accurate templates measurements and job details for production
Communicate with customers builders fabrication and installation teams regarding jobsite conditions or discrepancies
Identify and escalate issues that may impact scheduling fabrication or installation
Maintain daily schedules and provide customer updates throughout the day
Operate company vehicles safely and maintain company equipment
What Were Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record required
Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret measurements and layouts
Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules efficiently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and mobile technology skills required
Preferred Experience:
Countertop templating experience preferred
Candidates with cabinetry carpentry flooring measurement construction layout installation or related field service experience are encouraged to apply
Experience using digital measuring or templating systems is a plus
