Requirements:

2 Years of Experience - REQUIRED
Post-operative open heart care experience - REQUIRED
Critical Care Experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Chest tube and other drain management Experience - Required
Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access - Required
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring including: reading and interpreting cardiac rhythym strips recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms - Required
Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities - Required
Experience with the following procedures and equipment (assisting with chest tube removal assisting with removal of pericardial pacing wires management of temporary pacers including pericardial and transcutaneous devices use and troubleshooting of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices high-flow oxygen and other oxygen delivery systems - Required
Must float to all units within skill level- Required
