Temp Administrative Clerk (Coppell, TX) Austin Bridge & Road

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Clerk to support administrative and clerical duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills detail-oriented proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in office administration. This role supports administrative functions by ensuring data integrity timely processing and compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data in company systems and databases
• Assist with office administration and filing documents
• Ensure vendors are paid on time and maintain accurate working statements
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records and reports
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience: 12 years in office administration or accounting support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
• Experience maintaining filing systems and documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills with experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines
