Responsibilities
Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot toproceedinto the sales process.
Create helpful videos
Engageconversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
Assistclients toidentifya vehicle that fulfills theirwantsand needs.
Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & theoutsof product offerings optional packages & latest technology
Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicles operationalfeatures.
Daily follow up using thedealershipsCustomer Relationship Management System (CRM).

Qualifications
Maintain an enthusiastic high-energy personality throughout the workday.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Proper phone etiquette
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record according todealershipsguidelines.
