Candidate profile
We are seeking a technically skilled and highly motivated professional. The position requires a minimum of one year of software and technology M&A and financing experience with a highly reputable firm. Strong modeling skills are required including LBO and retention analyses.
Key responsibilities
Conducting extensive client and industry sector research and due diligence
Developing detailed three statement LBO models and retention analyses
Creating data-driven investor materials for transaction counterparties
Identifying researching and qualifying relevant strategic investors
Executing in close collaboration with other bankers and interns
Communicating directly with clients and transaction partners
