Technology Director

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Technology Director to lead our technology vision infrastructure and innovation this role you will oversee the development and execution of IT strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring scalability security and operational excellence. This is a fully remote leadership position requiring a balance of technical expertise business acumen and strong people management skills.

What Youll Do

1. Define and execute the companys technology strategy in alignment with organizational goals
2. Oversee IT infrastructure systems architecture and software development initiatives
3. Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams including engineering IT and data professionals
4. Drive digital transformation automation and process optimization across the organization
5. Ensure the security compliance and integrity of all technology systems and data
6. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and competitive advantage
7. Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and innovation
8. Manage technology budgets vendor relationships and resource allocation
9. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure system performance and operational effectiveness

What Were Looking For

1. 812 years of experience in IT leadership technology management or a related field
2. Proven track record of leading and scaling technical teams and infrastructure
3. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and enterprise systems
4. Experience in cybersecurity best practices compliance and risk management
5. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
7. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Nice to Have

1. Background in software engineering data science or systems architecture
2. Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
3. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
