What Youll Do:
- Ensuring safe and efficient work practices
- Following and adhering to all safety policies procedures participating by entering near misses reporting incidents and attending safety meetings as required
- Performing daily maintenance by welding cutting reading drawings layout bolting maintaining repairing different types of static equipment
- Welding fabrication and installation of piping and piping components
- Performaning maintenance and overhauls on equipement
- Performing pipe fitter Welding work including major overhauls of equipment
- Repairing heat exchangers tanks screws elevators plant structures and boilers
- Evaluate possible hazards and create plan to perform all work in safe manner
- Act with a high degree of integrity and ownership
- Excel in a team environment while also being a self-starter
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Understand and comply with standards policies and procedures (LO/TO Hot Work Confined Space etc.)
- Comprehend all maintenance practices and continuous improvement concepts
What Youll Bring:
- Possessa minimum of grade 12 educationor GED equivalent
- Technical Degree or vocational training in Welding is preferred
- 2 years of maintenance/welding experience preferably in an industrial setting
- Ability to qualify to ASME B&PV Code Section IX for welding carbon and stainless-steel pipe in all positions using SMAW and GTAW
- Possess basic computer skills SAP experience considered a plus
- Training andexperienceoperating mobileequipmentincludingforklifts man lifts carry deck cranesscissor liftsetc.
- Experience with hydro testing of pressure equipment
Compensation & Benefits:
The wage range for this role in the Kennewick Washington location is between $36.91 - $52.55 USD per hour. While we provide this range as general guidance several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including but not limited to candidate skill set experience and training licensure and certifications work location and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
