The Opportunity
This position works out of our Woodridge St. Paul MNlocation in the Structural Heart division.
Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist
Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
As an R&D Technician you will:Apply subject matter knowledge toassistand support the designing of new products and processes and improving andmaintainingexisting products.
WhatYoullWork On
Under limitedsupervisionassistin the design analysis on components and/or assemblies toassistin the development process
by ensuring designs are cost efficient manufacturable and reliable.
Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
Assistsin the planning design and development of test requirements and any special testing equipment/apparatus to establish
product and/or customer specifications.
Supports performance testing of prototypes accordingly to verify product reliability and performance requirements.
Assistsin the development of engineering documentation for new products or product changes.
Required Qualifications
-High School Diploma or GEDRequried
-An equivalent combination of education and work experience
-Associates/Technical Degree Preferred
-Minimum 2 yearsof relevant experience
