As a Technician I Molding & Tooling Engineering supporting production you will work on precision mold tooling machining support and injection molding processes at Sinking Spring Pennsylvania driving quality uptime and process efficiency.

In this role a typical day will include:

• Manufacture and modify tooling for production using manual machines (milling grinding lathe) and CNC equipment including G-code/M-code programming and CAM software.

• Read and interpret blueprints GD&T and technical drawings to ensure accurate tooling and part fabrication.

• Troubleshoot machine tooling issues applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and resolve production backlogs.

• Execute machine tool setup fixturing and process to machine parts to drawing.

• Maintain documentation and compliance (GxP SOPs) while supporting production needs and demonstrating a dependable self-motivated inquisitive mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English

• 1 Years of Relevant Experience
