What You Will Do:

The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination monitoring communication and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:

• Attend meetings workshops conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert

• Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews

• Serve as a Liaison between Performers Test & Evaluation contributors Government and Transition partners

• Review provide analysis and make recommendations concerning technical reports data and Performer approaches

• Select establish curate and maintain collaborative communication issue tracking and configuration environments for use by the program

• Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration design development modeling and simulation data analytics and architecture design

• Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program

• Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Programs success

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD securityclearance with a polygraph

• Bachelors degree in physics applied physics electrical engineering computer engineering or a closely related technical field

• FOUR (4) or more years of experience involving quantum information science quantum device physics quantum sensing quantum system modeling and/or quantum control techniques

• TWO (2) or more years of experience with laboratory characterization or test platforms relevant to quantum systems such as cryogenic test environments optical/laser-based measurement systems RF/microwave measurement tools or qubit/device characterization setups

• TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team including creating program plans work breakdown structures and milestone schedules

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Masters degree or PhD in physics applied physics electrical engineering computer engineering quantum information science or closely related fields

• FOUR (4) or more years of experience with scientific and experimental programming languages/tools such as Python MATLAB LabVIEW or languages used in quantum research (e.g. Qiskit Cirq or Q#)

• TWO (2) or more years of experience with machine learning optimization signal processing or statistical techniques relevant to quantum system characterization noise mitigation or control

• TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) including experience with requirements CONOPS and transition

• Awareness of supply chain security and reliability considerations for quantum technologies and supporting hardware

• FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team

• ONE (1) or more years of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
