Essential Job Functions:

• Perform routine laboratory experiments testing and analyses in accordance with established methods and safety standards
• Accurately document experimental data observations and results in laboratory notebooks and systems
• Support formulation development product improvement and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with senior chemists and crossfunctional teams to meet project and business objectives
• Maintain laboratory equipment materials and a safe organized working environment
• Follow quality regulatory and environmental procedures to ensure compliant operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
• Foundational laboratory experience gained through industry internships or academic research
• Working knowledge of basic analytical and laboratory techniques
• Strong attention to detail organization and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a teambased environment
• Curiosity resilience and a willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced setting
