Summary:
This role is ideal for a hands-on detail-oriented professional interested in combining warehouse operations customer coordination and technical support. As a Technical & Sales Assistant you will support logistics inventory product preparation and customer-facing coordination while gaining exposure to technical troubleshooting and demonstrations. This position offers a strong growth path into advanced software and technical support responsibilities.
What Youll Do:
- Assist with technical kit preparation packing shipping and logistics coordination.
- Perform product testing and verification before shipment.
- Maintain organized inventory and support stock tracking efforts.
- Coordinate customer meetings demonstrations and product discussions.
- Support sales and technical teams with documentation and database updates.
- Utilize and CRM/database systems to track activities and customer information.
- Expand into software troubleshooting training support and customer demonstrations as product knowledge grows.
Experience Youll Need:
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM/database systems.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/shop environment.
- Strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
