Technical project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the modernization program ensuring adherence to fixed-bid commitments milestones budget quality and customer expectations.
• Lead technical discussions with architects business stakeholders and engineering teams driving solution decisions and ensuring alignment between business objectives architecture and delivery execution.
• Drive program planning execution dependency management risk mitigation and governance across multiple workstreams and distributed teams.
• Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders product owners architects and engineering leads to define and execute the transformation roadmap.
• Manage cross-functional teams working on multiple tech stack Java Microservices React AWS PostgresSQLMachine Learning AI and Generative AI solutions
• Establish and monitor program KPIs delivery metrics release plans quality gates and resource utilization.
• Proactively identify delivery risks scope changes and commercial impacts; define and execute mitigation plans.
• Lead executive status reporting steering committee reviews and customer governance meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

• B.E. . 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years managing large-scale modernisation programs.
• Experience delivering fixed-price/fixed-bid programs with strong commercial financial and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to engage in architecture and design discussions and effectively challenge guide and influence technical decisions.
• Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of Java Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs React Cloud-native architectures and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience managing AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives including solutions leveraging LLMs such as Claude or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum SAFe DevOps CI/CD and release management practices.
• Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams and multiple vendors.
• Excellent communication leadership negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in automotive product engineering quality management systems or enterprise business applications is highly desirable.
