Job Summary:

• We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Full Stack Development Cloud-Native Technologies Kubernetes and Application Migration. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of CSoI to Fabric migration initiatives providing technical direction stakeholder management and delivery ownership.
• The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and offshore engineering teams translating requirements into technical solutions managing migration execution and ensuring successful delivery aligned with scope timeline quality and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CSoI to Fabric migration programs from planning through execution and production cutover.
• Own delivery plans project scope milestones risks dependencies and execution tracking.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical work items user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive application migration initiatives involving legacy applications moving to the Fabric platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development teams.
• Review application architecture design solutions perform code reviews and support troubleshooting activities.

Manage Agile delivery activities including:

• JIRA boards
• Sprint planning
• Backlog grooming
• Burndown tracking
• Delivery reporting
• Collaborate with client stakeholders platform teams and engineering teams to align solution approaches and migration strategies.

Provide technical direction on:

• Kubernetes deployments
• Helm-based application releases
• Bamboo CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud-native application delivery
• Lead database migration planning including:
• Oracle to PostgreSQL migration
• Data reconciliation
• Data validation
• Parity testing
• Support deployment readiness release management and production cutover activities.

Govern delivery quality through:

• Code reviews
• Quality gates
• Testing validation
• Deployment readiness checks
• Identify technical risks blockers and dependencies and communicate mitigation plans.
• Work closely with Mosaiq platform teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful migration outcomes.

Required Skills:

• 12 years of experience in software delivery and technical leadership.
• Strong experience in Full Stack Development using Python and React.

Hands-on experience with:

• Fabric platform migrations
• Cloud-native technologies
• Application modernization initiatives
• Strong understanding of:
• Kubernetes
• Helm
• Containerized application deployments
• Experience with application migration projects including:
• Legacy application modernization
• Migration planning
• Execution strategy
• Cutover activities

Strong knowledge of:

• Experience with Bamboo CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
