We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Create and update drafted parts and product structures to support production and quality concerns.

• Perform model definition changes and translate engineering concepts into physical part geometry and assemblies.

• Support real-time fabrication and production flow issues.

• Collaborate with Design Stress Quality Manufacturing and Supplier teams.

• Support materials/process engineering non-conformance analysis and failure investigations.

• Develop technical requirements specifications and engineering documentation.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent drafting/design experience.

• 9 years of aerospace design experience including:

  • Detail and assembly parts

  • Product structures

  • Metallic part machining

• Experience with CATIA or equivalent solid modeling tools.

• Experience using Integrated Visualization Tool (IVT).

• Strong understanding of CAD and aerospace product structures.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
