TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Team Lead in the Timonium MD area!

Full-Time Opportunity!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily workflows

- Assign tasks based on priority

- Keep project on schedule

- Coach team to improve skills motivate team

- Oversees the packaging of individual components

- Direct daily workflow

- Attention to detail a must

- Coordinate with other departments

- Great communication skills

- Dependable and punctual

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must have previous supervisory experience

- Must pass a criminal background check

- Must pass a Drug test

- Ability to work longer hours during Peak Season

PAY RATE

$20 per hour

SCHEDULE

First Shift
Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p
