Our Energy and Utilities division is looking for a committed Tariff Enrolment Assistant to strengthen our operational this essential capacity you will be responsible for the precise and prompt handling of customer tariff registrations playing a critical role in upholding billing accuracy and enhancing client satisfaction throughout the entire enrollment journey. This position demands a proactive professional capable of interpreting intricate utility regulations while upholding rigorous standards for data integrity and compliance within a dynamic high-volume setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full registration workflow for both new and current clients guaranteeing that all tariff categories are assigned correctly in line with prevailing utility guidelines.
- Scrutinize and confirm customer paperwork to establish eligibility for various rate plans resolving any inconsistencies prior to finalizing the enrollment.
- Partner with billing and customer support units to handle enrollment queries ensuring smooth data integration across various platforms.
- Track enrollment workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and execute process enhancements that boost productivity and shorten processing cycles.
- Keep comprehensive logs of all enrollment activities and produce regular performance reports on registration statistics for leadership analysis.
- Keep abreast of evolving energy laws and tariff updates ensuring daily operations reflect the latest regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Hold between one and three years of experience in administrative clerical or customer-facing roles ideally within the energy utility or allied service industries.
- Show a basic grasp of enrollment procedures and the capacity to rapidly master complex tariff frameworks.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with a history of ensuring high precision in database management and data entry.
- Possess strong organizational abilities and the skill to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a deadline-oriented workplace.
- Exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Be skilled in utilizing standard office applications and database entry platforms.
