This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is competitive high-agency coachable and excited to build recruiting operations inside a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
Source screen and manage candidates across multiple startup hiring pipelines
Support full-cycle recruiting for high-growth company partners
Act as a power user of internal AI recruiting tools
Provide product feedback to help improve recruiting software and workflows
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process
Help refine internal recruiting systems processes and playbooks
Support marketplace operations as the company scales
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in recruiting operations consulting investment banking or another high-signal background
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Low ego highly coachable and eager to learn
Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Compensation
$80000-$110000 base salary
Estimated OTE of approximately $140000-$170000
Uncapped earnings potential tied to successful placements
