Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is looking for a Per Diem Talent Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team!
Location: Sarasota Memorial Hospital Sarasota FL
Schedule: Flexible up to 24 hours per week
Work Arrangement: On-site
What Youll Do:
Support new-hire onboarding and I-9 processing
Assist with employee badging and onboarding compliance
Help coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO)
Support recruitment events and HR activities
Deliver exceptional customer service to our newest team members
What Were Looking For:
Required: Minimum of one (1) year of recent related clerical or administrative experience.
Preferred: Experience working in a Human Resources department or employment office within a similarly sized healthcare organization.
Strong organizational communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
