Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00 PER HR
Reporting To: Recruiting Manager
Work Type: On-site
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the day-to-day recruiting and onboarding functions of the Human Resources department. This position assists with pre-employment paperwork reference checks applicant tracking system updates new hire system entries orientation coordination and follow-up communication with new employees. This role helps ensure a smooth candidate and new hire experience while maintaining accurate records supporting compliance requirements and providing administrative support to the recruiting team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in Human Resources recruiting support talent acquisition onboarding or a related administrative role.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic Human Resources and recruiting processes including applicant tracking pre-employment documentation onboarding and new hire file requirements.
- Proficient with computers Microsoft Office email and data entry systems; experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records trackers and employee information.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with applicants new hires employees and internal team members.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Administers pre-employment paperwork
- Conduct reference checks
- Accurately maintains workflows in our applicant tracking system and ATS tracker.
- Inputs employees into all the various systems throughout the organization (ie. ADP Kantime MyUnity etc).
- Conducts follow-up calls with new employees at three-week and three-month intervals to assess their onboarding experience.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Backup to Recruiter.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand sit talk hear reach stoop kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer telephone and keyboard on a frequent basis (Up to 75% of the time).
- Close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 25lbs).
