Description

The Systems Support Analyst is primarily responsible for providing technical system support to internal business usersin accordance withEBAC Technology Service Level Agreements. Provide system-level supportofmulti-user operating systemshardwareand software tools including configuration maintenance and support of these systems.

What You Will Do

In this role you will:

• Facilitatetimelyopenand clear communications between Milliman and external vendors in allfacets system issues enhancements meetingsannouncementsand posted documentation.

• Data management and reporting via SQL including but not limited to queries data loading and data manipulation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and connectivity problems escalating to Technical Operations as needed

• Select among authorized procedures and seekassistancewhen guidelines areinadequatesignificant deviations are proposed or when unanticipated problems arise.

• Identifyredundant support processes and develop tools for automation.

• Maintainand expand current documentation. Document system problems and resolutions for future reference; document Support processes and procedures.

WhatWe Are Looking For

RequiredProfessionalQualifications

• 2 years of related industry experience

• Working knowledge of MS SQL

• • Ability to navigate and interpret database schemas including tables views stored procedures and relationships.

• • Competence in creating and executing UPDATE DELETE and INSERT statements safely and efficiently.

• • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio or similar program

• • Use pre-defined queries to research database errors performing basic query manipulation

Personal Qualifications

• Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal workproduct

• Proficiencyin the use of computers and other general office equipment

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite

• Attention to detail

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communicationskills (both written and verbal)

• Able to productively respond to change

• Excellent organization and time management skills

Location

This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas Texas but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US. The expected application deadline for this jobisAugust 31 2026

Compensation

The overall salary range for this role is $71170- $131905.For candidatesresidingin:

• Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York City Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District ofColumbiathe salary range is $82455- $131905.

• All otherlocationsthe salary range is $71700- $114700.

A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.â
