We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst III to support a major Enterprise Information Management (EIM) initiative for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). This role will play a critical part in designing and managing enterprise master data solutions that improve identity resolution data quality analytics and AI-driven decision making across multiple Health and Human Services programs.

What Youll Do
As a Senior Systems Analyst youll serve as both a technical expert and business liaison helping develop enterprise master data solutions that support analytics reporting and strategic decision making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica technologies.
- Analyze profile and integrate complex client and provider data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Design and support identity resolution strategies across healthcare applications.
- Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction profiling validation and analysis.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business users performance analysts developers architects and executive leadership.
- Explain complex technical concepts and data limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop reports and visualizations supporting enterprise analytics initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex data identity and integration issues.
- Promote enterprise data quality and governance best practices.
- Develop AI prompts and reusable query templates to improve data retrieval and analytics.
- Validate AI-generated outputs and identify potential inaccuracies or hallucinations.
- Create documentation training materials and knowledge-sharing resources that improve data literacy across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Were looking for a senior-level Systems Analyst with extensive experience in enterprise data management and Master Data Management technologies.
Required Experience
- 12 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
- 10 years gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolution needs into technical solutions.
- 10 years working with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM).
- 8 years of advanced SQL experience for data profiling extraction analysis and manipulation.
- 8 years explaining technical concepts to business users and executive leadership.
- 8 years collaborating with business stakeholders analysts and IT teams.
- Excellent communication presentation analytical and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
- Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse environments.
- Healthcare or Health and Human Services data environments.
- Enterprise Data Governance.
- Data Quality initiatives.
- Acting as the primary MDM resource for enterprise analytics projects.
- Leading organizational Master Data Management initiatives.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompt engineering and AI-assisted analytics.
