Description:Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System Integration & Test Engineer Associate to join our team in Littleton CO to work in a lab environment. As an early career professional you will play a key role in supporting customer test needs and requirements by developing and implementing test solutions that meet technical schedule and cost constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of test solutions that meet customer requirements and technical standards
Implement functional and technical test standards to ensure high-quality test results
Apply basic understanding of test engineering disciplines including: Test planning and Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and execute tests for complex systems
Work with pressurization ordnance and cryogenic systems to develop and implement test solutions

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field such as Aerospace Engineering Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering interest in hands-on physical work with hardware and basic understanding of test engineering principles and concepts. Must be a US Citizen; this position does not require a government security clearance.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
Current or former Certified Test Conductor (CTC)
Basic understanding of test engineering principles and concepts
Experience writing test plans test procedures or technical documents
Interest in hands-on physical work with hardware
Lab experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
Willingness to work various shifts (1st 2nd or 3rd)

Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California Massachusetts and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey Vermont Washington or Washington DC is $60200 - $106030. For states not referenced above the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/ training key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO Vacation sick leave and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
