Job Summary
Precision Analog-to-Digital Converter (ASC-DCC-PADC) team is seeking an experiencedSystems Engineer. In this role you will work in a vibrant team-oriented environment with exposure to a broad range of state-of-the-art signal chain applications.

Our ADC solutions power a wide range of fast-evolving applications including datacenters test & measurement factory and building automation test & measurement automotive medical instrumentation and more.
We are seeking a candidate withdeep analog signal chain expertiseand a strong ability to translate customer system-level needs into next-generation ADC product definitions. This engineer will be expected to develop detailed product specifications define system-level architectures and provide cross-functional guidance to design test applications and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution.
Responsibilities May Include
- Deeply understand customer systems and end-equipment to identify technical challenges across thefull analog signal chain(sensors amplifiers references ADCs and digital interfaces)
- Analyze key end-equipment indatacenter automotive and industrialmarkets to identify future trends and opportunities for performance improvement and differentiation
- Develop compellingshort- and long-term product roadmapsgrounded in system-level insights market trends and customer engagement
- Author detailedproduct specifications(target specs system block diagrams competitive benchmarking) for next-generation precision ADC solutions
- Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers to balance performance power area and cost
- Drive execution frominitial concept through RTM ensuring critical performance metrics and customer timelines are met
- Serve as thetechnical expertfor product ramp-up supporting customers through design-in and volume production phases
- Collaborate with marketing and applications teams to develop high-qualitytechnical collateral(application notes reference designs white papers) that accelerate product adoption
- Relentlessly pursuenew design winsfor both new and existing products through deep technical engagement with customers and field teams
- Create and review technical documentation includingdatasheets application notes and system design guides
- Build strong relationships with customers and field teams by identifying and solving real-world signal chain problems with TI silicon
Provide strategic input onbusiness direction and revenue planningto sustain and grow market share
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of experiencein systems engineering applications engineering or analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Hands-on experience withanalog signal chains including ADCs amplifiers voltage references or related components
- Experience developingdifferentiated product roadmapstied to market and customer insights
- Strong understanding ofanalog and mixed-signal IC specificationsand their system-level implications
- Experience promoting/marketing ICs and drivingdesign winsthrough system-level solutions
- Proven involvement in theproduct development lifecycle from concept through volume production
- Comfortable engaging in deep in-depth technical discussions with systems engineers and customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise inprecision ADC architectures(SAR Delta-Sigma Pipeline) and their application in real-world signal chains
- Experience withsignal chain system design noise budgeting dynamic range analysis anti-aliasing filters grounding/layout best practices
- Familiarity with key application domains such ascontrol systems power measurement data acquisition or ADAS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to model and simulate signal chain performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively acrossdesign applications test marketing and salesfunctions
- Strong time management and project execution skills in a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment
- Self-starter with the ability totake initiative and drive resultswith minimal supervision
