System Administrator

We are searching for an experienced System Administrator with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) expertise to support a Sacramento area organization. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the stability performance and security of the organizations IT infrastructure with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration configuration and support. This position works closely with internal teams to enhance system functionality streamline processes and ensure a seamless user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Full-Time Onsite

Salary: $55.00 to $70.00/Hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Administer configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications workflows security roles and integrations.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers networks and cloud environments.

Manage user accounts permissions and security groups within D365 Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Support system upgrades patches and release cycles.

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.

Maintain documentation for configurations processes and standard operating procedures.

Provide Tier 23 technical support and resolve escalated incidents.

Oversee backup disaster recovery and data integrity processes.

Assist with integrations involving Azure services APIs and third party applications.

Ensure compliance with IT policies security standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Brings 35 years of System Administration experience including hands on support and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE F&O or Business Central).

Demonstrates strong technical proficiency with Active Directory Azure/Entra ID Exchange Online Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

Experienced in system monitoring patching performance tuning and maintaining secure reliable infrastructure across hybrid or cloud environments.

Skilled in working with SQL data migration tools integration frameworks and supporting ERP/CRM systems in multi site organizations.

Offers practical knowledge of D365 customization workflows Power Automate Power Apps or Power BI to enhance system functionality.

Known for strong troubleshooting communication and documentation abilities with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
