As a Supportive Care Aide Youll Contribute to Our Success By:

• Supporting new client admissions and Start of Care visits
• Providing personal care assistance including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene
• Preparing meals and assisting with daily living activities
• Performing light housekeeping and household support
• Assisting with errands and transportation when appropriate
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
• Maintaining accurate documentation and visit records
• Providing coverage for open shifts call-offs and urgent staffing needs
• Traveling throughout the assigned service area to support clients
• Promoting Elara Carings mission and commitment to quality care

What Is Required

• High School Diploma or GED where required by state regulations
• Minimum six (6) months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals
• Home Health Aide Personal Care Aide Homemaker CNA MA or similar certification where required
• Basic technology skills and comfort using mobile devices apps and electronic documentation systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate dependable and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments
• Reliable personal transportation current registration and auto insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical caregiving duties
