We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Support Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience in Westfield IN. In this dynamic role youll make a difference across our entire center stepping into classrooms of all ages bridging gaps and ensuring every child has the support they need to learn play and thrive.

This is an entry-level position. No prior classroom experience required we will train you.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $15$19 per hour based on experience
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:15 AM 6:15 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)

As a Support Teacher You Will
Float across classrooms of all age groups infant toddler and preschool providing hands-on support wherever its needed most
Partner with lead teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and bring our engaging TLE characters to life in a fun nurturing environment
Maintain health safety and quality compliance standards across all classrooms and programs
Help maintain a welcoming organized and engaging space for children and staff
Communicate warmly with parents and families sharing updates through our mobile app and in-person conversations

Have a genuine passion for the care and education of children of all ages
Are flexible energetic and comfortable jumping in wherever youre needed
Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred)
Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role
Have no prior experience No problem well train you

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
