Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring a Support Analyst / Material Handler to execute daily operations for inspection work order updates (learn and use ProcureAnt) de-kitting and disposition preparation of decommissioned network hardware. The role ensures accuracy traceability and proper handling before warehouse handover.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Inspection (Decom Hold)
Perform visual inspection for damage
Validate:
Component completeness
Packaging & labeling
Country of Origin (COO)
Serial numbers (S/N)
Flag discrepancies and exceptions
Work Order Management (ProcureAnt)
Update WOs with:
GPN quantity
S/N and COO
Hardware attributes
Ensure system physical alignment
Inventory Processing (De-kitting)
Breakdown equipment by GPN/material type
Move items to Main inventory locations
Maintain traceable and organized staging
Decom Hold & Disposition
Perform basic configuration checks
Retrofit missing components (if required)
Route inventory to:
Reuse / Remarket / Scrap
Handover & Packaging
Handover materials to Warehouse Vendor
Maintain packaging supplies inventory
Ensure hardware is securely packed to prevent damage
Key Skills & Experience
3 6 years in warehouse ops hardware handling or IT asset management
Familiarity with network components and inventory processes
Learn and use ProcureAnt
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working in warehouse/hub environments
Adherence to safety and handling standards
