JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full-time Supply System Analyst for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) providing support for worldwide storage and distribution services in both peacetime and war to create a complex adaptive environment where support personnel may be required to supplement military and federal employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Supply Systems Analyst to serve as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) focal point on a warehousing and distribution operations contract supporting DLA Distribution Albany Georgia (DDAG). This analyst is the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government for all WMS-related communication transaction research and workload analysis.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Analyze transactions and data to identify problem areas; research potential functional problem areas and recommend resolutions.
Determine the feasibility of consolidating eliminating or expanding interrelated supply systems functions; assess the impact of new or proposed changes to systems and regulations.
Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems.
Serve as the WMS point of contact for the Government receiving communications and responding to information requests pertaining to WMS.
Identify workload trends and proactively flag potential issues; assist in adjusting to workload surges.
Perform WMS transaction code inquiries and research; serve as the WMS system analyst as required.
Use WMS and other Government data systems in daily performance applying knowledge of receipt storage warehousing issue packing and transportation functions.
Warehouse/distribution environment; standard and potential off-shift coordination to support 1st and 3rd shift operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years of experience using DLAs Warehouse Management System (WMS) or an equivalent Warehouse Management System within the past five (5) years (required).
Knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships sufficient to conduct studies reviews and investigations.
Thorough knowledge of supply policies and procedures for managing and controlling material through receipt storage warehousing issue packing and transportation.
Strong analytical research and communication skills; proficiency with personal computers and data systems.
Willingness to provide a resume (not to exceed 3 pages) and a Letter of Intent for inclusion in a federal proposal.
On-site position at a secure DoD installation; must be able to obtain and maintain installation access (background/security checks apply) and a Common Access Card (CAC) as required.
Must pass a pre-employment controlled substance screening per company policy.
