Our Supply Chain Development Program offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience explore multiple Supply Chain functions and build the skills needed for a successful career. Through meaningful work leadership exposure and rotational experiences across our network you will make an impact from day one while developing the foundation for future growth.

Reporting to Supply Chain leadership you will participate in Conagras 36-month Supply Chain Development Program designed to accelerate your growth into a future Supply Chain leader. You will complete year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions including a manufacturing assignment gaining hands-on experience and a broad understanding of Conagras end-to-end supply chain. You will partner with teams across the organization solve real business challenges and contribute to delivering the products consumers know and love every day.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Participate in year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions based on business needs and development opportunities
• Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations through hands-on experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments
• Analyze business processes data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver results
• Develop project management communication and leadership skills through structured experiences mentorship and exposure to senior leaders
• Gain experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Logistics
  • Environmental Health and Safety
  • Planning
  • Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science
  • Procurement
  • Food Safety
  • Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement
  • Risk
  • Manufacturing
• Relocate for rotational assignments as required by business needs.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Supply Chain Operations Engineering Business or a related field completed by June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership through academic professional community or extracurricular experiences
• Interest in building a long-term career within Supply Chain
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program based on business needs
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Compensation

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal Conagra employees Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
