Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: 11750 Katy Freeway Suite 120 Houston TX 77079 (100% REMOTE)

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience.
• Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies procedures and guidelines.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) Power BI.
• Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes.
• Strong data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet team objectives. Incumbent may also be assigned additional duties as directed including but not limited to:
• managing import inbounds including container tracking confirmation of delivery diversions etc.
• The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provides daily administrative support/functions including but not limited to various reports in Excel PowerPoint and SAP.
• Inventory reviews and reconciliation
• Inbound container tracking and management
• Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
