Where youll be: Springfield TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Trains employees to follow standard work and to understand JDSs.
• Daily proactive engagement with Operation Leadership utilizing EMS principles with the main goal to improve NRFT.
• Facilitate problem solving activities with cross functional teams
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with SQEs on containment initiates and product releases
• Generate SMRR reports and communicate with suppliers on defects and containment Activities

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma/GED and 3 to 5 years Electrolux experience with working knowledge of required processes or five years of experience in a manufacturing/quality related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to bend stoop grip reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to stand much of the shift to perform duties
