Based in Cranberry Township PA at our PWS Global headquarters you will be part of a team of customer support engineers who can analyze and solve engineering problems associated with the installation start-up and operation of relatively complex distributed control systems sub-systems and/or specific control equipment at customer locations.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Analyze and solve engineering problems associated with the operations of relatively complex digital analog and hybrid control systems sub-systems and/or specific control equipment at customer sites.
Provide matrixed supervision to a large group of junior field engineers in handling the customers needs this will include intensive communication abilities in resolving issues on a timely basis.
Perform complex engineering functions within established budget and schedule constraints. Prepare complex innovative and technical descriptions and cost estimates. Negotiate change notices with customers.

You serve as a strategic partner to build grow and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships. You convey clear performance expectations and follow up consistently while facilitating breakthroughs by integrating diverse views and finding common ground or acceptable alternatives.
For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination or education and experience
10 years experience in a customer-facing field service role
3 years experience with Emerson Ovation DCS
Willing and able to travel up to 60%
Use your company car to travel to regional locations be able to fly to more distant customers a passport is needed for international travel
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
