Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Assists in daily operations to ensure smooth service and amigo satisfaction.
Supervises and supports front-of-house/back-of-house familia members.
Supports the Patron with the coordination of shift schedules and delegates tasks effectively.
Handles familia and amigo concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensures adherence to health safety and hygiene standards
