Job Summary
RMA Supervisor
Shift
Monday-Friday 5:30 AM-2:00 PM. Overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts and on weekends.
Leads the day-to-day operations of the Returns (RMA) Department to achieve productivity receiving shipping and inventory accuracy goals while maintaining a safe compliant and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day RMA and warehouse operations.
- Execute and enforce operational policies procedures and standard work instructions.
- Drive productivity and accuracy across receiving shipping inventory control and returns processing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and company policies.
- Manage non-compliant returns and execute appropriate resolutions.
- Lead employee onboarding training coaching and development.
- Oversee vendor and customer return policies and procedures.
- Partner with operations to plan workforce needs and staffing levels.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Some college coursework or a Supply Chain/Warehouse certification preferred.
- 5 years of warehouse logistics supply chain or operations experience.
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook Teams and other business applications.
- Experience with computer products inventory tracking returns processing or refurbishment activities preferred.
- Strong data entry reporting and record-keeping skills.
- Effective problem-solving critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods lift up to 40 lbs. and comply with PPE and safety requirements.
Working Conditions
- Distribution center environment with exposure to varying temperatures noise levels humidity and outdoor conditions.
- Occasional overtime weekends and non-standard work hours as business needs require.
- Combination of warehouse and office environments.
