Superintendent

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Montgomery AL area for an individual with 5 years experience as a Superintendent with a background in Commercial construction ideally working with Retail and Healthcare projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits a 401K plan generous PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5 years of Superintendent experience with Commercial projects.
• Construction Administration and Blueprint reading experience is a MUST
• Familiarity with scheduling managing crews consulting with clients strong attention to detail etc. is a MUST
• PMP certification; OSHA10 or 30 is PREFERRED

• A Bachelors Degree or higher in Architecture Engineering or Construction Management is HIGHLY PREFERRED
