PJI Law a boutique busy and fast-growing law firm in Fairfax Virginia is offering an enriching full-time in-office clerkship in the summer of 2027. This role presents both challenging and rewarding experiences for law students seeking to sharpen their legal skills. As a law clerk you will play a pivotal role in supporting our fiduciary litigation attorneys and trust and estate administration team. If youre a law student eager to apply your classroom knowledge in a practical real-world legal environment this clerkship is for you.

Your duties as a Law Clerk would include:

• Assist in organizing and managing extensive case files related to the administration of trusts and estates.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and transactional estate filings under the supervision of an attorney.
• Conduct legal research using various resources to support case preparation and strategy.
• Work closely with attorneys and legal support team members on estate litigation cases.

Requirements:

• Enrollment as a 2L or higher in an accredited law school.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and legal research software.
• In-office position.
• Full-time.
