Position Title: Substitute Teacher

Location: Annandale Public School District

Immediate Supervisor: Building Principal

Schedule: Flexible Schedule work as you are needed and as you are available M-F during the school year.

Typical hours are 7:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. or 7:45 A.M - 3:45 P.M.

ISD 876 offers a comprehensive benefits package for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week (130 hours per month average over a 9 month period). This position averages less than 30 hours per week and does not qualify for benefits.

Daily Rate of Pay: $160 per day for days 1-15;

$165for days 16-45;

$170 for days 45;

Guaranteed half day minimum for absences four hours or less.
4-6 hours worked paid at .75 of the daily rate of pay
6 hours worked paid full daily rate of pay

Job Summary:

Instructs students and facilitates their learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
