Your Role in Our Mission

As a Substance Use Disorder Specialist (CADC or LCASA) you will provide screening assessment treatment planning IOP coverage and therapeutic services to adults and children with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. The SUD Specialist also ensures accurate documentation supports crisis intervention and promotes a safe therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive rate: Starting from $22.60 per hour and up for CADC $49000 and up for LCAS-A

What Were Looking For

• Skills: Knowledge of therapeutic practices group facilitation techniques as well as problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.
• Licensure/Certification: CADC required or Provisional Licensure preferred: LCAS-A
• 2 years of experience in Substance Use services
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
