Student Worker FWS Student Engagement 202627

The Office of Student Engagement (OSE) is seeking top-level organized team-oriented and innovative student workers to assist with projects tasks and events supporting Student Activities Greek Life Clubs/Organizations Orientation and Leadership Programs.

General Responsibilities:

- Manage the Student Engagement e-mail by responding to inquiries and/or forwarding to appropriate areas

- Manage student organization package inventory and pick-up

- Assist with tasks and trainings for the Campus Groups/SHU Mobile App platform to support clubs/organizations

- Provide event support at OSE events (set-up/breakdown attendance check-in photography sit on a panel network etc.)

- Assist with the planning of annual events such as the Student Involvement Fair Student Leadership Awards Impact Conference Food Truck Fridays

- Correspond/benchmark best practices with other peer institutions

- Create marketing strategies for large scale programs and initiatives

- Assist with general office tasks such as word processing form creation/tracking filing organizing inventory and other duties as assigned responsibilities of the position

- Must be Federal Work Study eligible.

- Active/matriculated student in good standing.

- Must have previous customer service experience and/or have worked in a formal office setting.

- Experience with inventory tracking package management or similar operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Express Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva.

- Knowledge of Universitys Seton Hall Mobile App and additional application integrations.

- Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative.

- Competency with tools like Adobe Express Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva.

- Competency with social media and content creation (videos posts etc.)

- Experience taking event photography (live events/concerts community events staged photoshoots etc.)
