Student Supervisor (Bob Jones University Chick-fil-A)

**Job Summary:**
AVI Foodsystems is seeking a dynamic and organized Student Supervisor to oversee operations at Bob Jones University. As a Student Supervisor you will lead a team of student employees ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen facilities while providing exceptional customer service to the university community.

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise student workers in washing dishes glassware flatware pots and/or pans using dish machines or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
- Assign tasks to student employees and oversee their completion.
- Assist in receiving product deliveries from vendors and organizing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during shift hours.

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of student workers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and equipment used in dishwashing work.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to maintaining a positive work environment.
