Position Summary
Assumes responsibility for promoting a positive and successful experience for first and second-year students in support of student retention and graduation initiatives. Provides support for evidencebased retention programming advising and firstyear experience curriculum. Contributes to departmentlevel committees focused on student success initiatives academic advising systems and datainformed decisionmaking. All duties are performed in full support of the Universitys mission with a strong commitment to diversity equity and inclusion recognizing that the effective execution of these responsibilities is central to student learning persistence and success.
