Student Life Coordinator

Richmond Elementary School is seeking a dynamic inclusive Student Life Coordinator to champion our students social emotional and academic well-being. If you are a strengths-based educator dedicated to equity and restorative practices we want you on our team!

Core Responsibilities

• Student Support: Oversee the daily operations of the Student Support Center and provide direct intervention during behavioral incidents.

• Case Management: Design and monitor student support plans; serve as case manager for academic/behavioral 504 plans.

• Instruction & Leadership: Deliver Social Cognition instruction to student groups and facilitate the Behavioral Support Team.

• Data & Collaboration: Manage data systems (CIRS SWIS) attend IEP meetings and assist with state testing coordination.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Bachelors Degree and a valid professional license (BCBA BCaBA Special Education or Elementary Education). 3 years of experience preferred.

• Is fluent in PBIS Responsive Classroom and/or Restorative Practices.

• Excels at building strong partnerships with families and collaborating with colleagues.

• Shares MMUUSDs deep commitment to equity diversity and eradicating systemic bias.
