Role description:

Arcadis isseeking aProjectStructural Engineer tosupport the delivery of water wastewater and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the structural design of critical public infrastructure-including treatment facilities pump stations and related systems-while developing technicalexpertiseand increasing responsibility in project execution.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop practical and efficient structural solutions for bothnew designand rehabilitation projects. This position providesstrong growthpotential including opportunities to expand technicalexpertiseand take on increasing ownership of design tasks as you progress toward senior-level roles.

Role accountabilities:

You will perform structural design and analysis for new and existing water and wastewater infrastructure developing calculations drawings and specifications for reinforced concrete structural steel and masonry systems. Your work will also include evaluating existing structures and contributing to repair and rehabilitation strategies that address aging facilities and this role you will take ownership of defined structural design packages manage scope and deliverables and apply sound engineering judgment while gaining increasing independence in technicaldecisionmaking.

You will collaborate closely with civil mechanical and process teams to deliver integrated design solutions preparing construction documents-including plans sections details and specifications-and supporting quality control reviews to ensure accuracy constructability and alignment with project requirements. During construction you will support field implementation through submittal reviews RFIs and site observations working directly with contractors to resolve challenges and ensure successful execution of your designs. You will alsoparticipateinteam and clientcoordination and contribute technical inputs for proposals and project pursuits.

You will contribute to impactfulcommunityfocusedprojects at Arcadis helping improve water quality advance sustainability and enhance the resilience of critical this role you will build technicalexpertisethroughhandsonproject delivery working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams while supporting the design and execution of meaningful infrastructure improvements. You will take an active role in developing your professional capabilities gaining exposure to increasingly complexresponsibilitiesand progressing toward senior and leadership positions as you deepen your technical and project experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Civilor Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 7years ofrelevantstructural engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing reinforced concrete structural steel and masonry systems
• Experience with waterwastewaterand flood resiliencyrelated projects
• Masters degree in Civil Engineeringor Structural Engineering
• OSHA 10HrTraining

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $90000 - $120000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
